The new Mutual Fund Screener and Research tool is seamlessly integrated into the BMO InvestorLine web platform for Self-Directed clients. Look for it in the “Mutual Funds” tab under "News & Markets" in the top navigation bar of the Self-Directed web platform.
While the look and feel of the Screener and Research tool has been modernized, we've made sure to include equivalent or enhanced functionality compared to the legacy views you were familiar with. You'll still have access to all the essential features, plus some new ones, to help you research and screen mutual funds effectively.
The new Mutual Fund Screener and Research tool is currently available exclusively for Self-Directed clients on the BMO InvestorLine web platform. The AdviceDirect experience for Mutual Funds research remains unchanged at this time.
Absolutely! We understand that screening can be complex. To help you get started, we've included a variety of pre-defined screeners like "Top Performing," "Highly Rated," "Highly Sustainable," and "Low Fee." These pre-set filters can help you quickly find mutual funds that match your specific interests needs and goals.
The data powering the Screener and Research tool is still provided by Morningstar, a trusted source of investment research. We've simply modernized the way the data is presented to make it easier for you to use.
At this time, the new tool is designed for the BMO InvestorLine web platform and is not yet optimized for mobile devices. However, we are continuously working to improve our mobile experience.
